Original roof was nailed to rafters. I used a powered hacksaw and angle grinder to cut through nails.

Sheets then pushed of into bucket of front end loader and lowered to the ground.

How to get the sheets onto the roof on your own? Bit of ingenuity with parts of an aluminium scaffold tower!

It did work, but time consuming and slightly stress inducing if there was any wind.

Enlisted help to remove yard half of the old sheets and lift new ones into place. Took half a day compared with half a week for the other side!
